The lubrication procedures that are used for the CNC systems use two lithium greases which are squeezed into the linear rail carrier chest with a grease press in quantities and intervals determined by the maker. However, in certain instances the grease can be broken down and leave behind vicious remnants, and introduce dirt into the space that was designed to accommodate ball bearings.

CLP 100, a cnc-based lubricant CLP 100, represents an outstanding alternative. It is a shield for exposed steel surfaces as one of the primary benefits. The lower viscosity means it is difficult to produce significant amounts at decent speeds.

The problem is solved by an electric pump with a 30 bar capacity that utilizes capacitors as power source. The pump is equipped with a pair of well-designed valves that snare any traces of air before the lubricant can be sent out. Because air may block the flow of lubricant, this valve helps prevent failure of the pump.

The conventional valves designed for the 30-bar pump still work but they are not without limits. These limitations are overcome by employing a valve that maintains equal distribution and lubricant flow.
